This course is for those involved in directly or indirectly selling Service Agreements on Life Safety Systems.


It focuses on Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression, Security, Sound, and Nurse Call Systems.



The course is split into five sections and may be taken all at once or individually.



Section 1 - Life Safety Service Marketing

Section 2 - Service Sales Representative

Section 3 - Prospecting & Qualifying

Section 4 - Survey, Offer, Estimate, & Proposal

Section 5 - Closing



The total time required is approximately 4 Hours.



Participants will receive a Certificate upon completing the course.

Joe started his career with Honeywell Building Services Division as a Service Sales Representative. He went on to hold national Service Marketing positions. At Simplex he built the Service Sales Program and was VP & GM of the Service Division and VP of Corporate Marketing. Since starting AfterMarket Consulting he has worked with over 200 Life Safety firms to grow their renewable service revenue.

He is a graduate of Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
